Makeup Revolution Lipstick 'Felony'

Hey guys,

So, I hope you've all been well. I made a very large order to Makeup Revolution the other week and when it came last week I ripped open the box. Like a kid at Christmas. I already reviewed their Matte Effect foundation so check that out too.




This is a yellow lipstick. Yellow. I know Lime Crime have a lipstick this shade 'New Yolk City' but I don't ever want to spend that much on a yellow lipstick. This on the other hand was £1, buy it here.

I don't have any desire to wear this alone on the lips as it is very sheer but it could work with an orange shade to do an ombré effect. I think around Halloween or a party this will be awesome. On the lips it isn't as pigmented but still vivid enough after a few layers.


Is this something fun and not everyday? Yes. A great lipstick regardless and especially for the price.

Hey loves, Hope you are all well? Today I have a lipstick post. YAY!! I was given this lipstick by a friend Sylvia (thank you) and when I saw it in the tube I was intrigued. It is a very light orange/coral but has almost like a frost finish to it. I love a orange lip, MAC Morange is a gorgeous shade and I love my Lime Crime lippy in My Beautiful Rocket. I never remembered seeing this on a Rimmel stand so was pleased to receive it as a gift.  The love heart is a light swatch to show how pretty it is without being built up BUT you can definitely make it more vibrant with a few more swipes. NYX Face Off: Soft Matte Lip Cream vs Butter Gloss

Want to know what I think is better from popular brand NYX? I am a huge fan of NYX. I love that whilst they have some dupes for higher end products they have a tonne of their own original products. The Soft Matte Lip Creams are an almost moussey feeling lip cream. I mean they don't call it a cream for nothing. I would highly recommend using a lip balm previous to applying this product. It dries matte so if there are any dry patches, it will sink into them. Whilst on the lips I would let it dry and apply as many coats as you like. I would typically use two. Whilst the colour is a vibrant hot pink (Addis Ababa) it can be sheered out to your preference. I find that these stay on the lips for up to four hours. Collection Does It All 5in1 Mascara

Hey. Well the other week I saw Shaaanxo instagram a picture of her lashes using a Collection mascara. I thought wow that's pretty impressive for a product under £5. This mascara claims to curl, volumise, lengthen, condition and that it's long wearing. I can tell you now this is all true. I have been testing this for about a month now and it is seriously impressive.  I am terribly fussy with mascaras. I don't tend to like the massive wands with tonnes of bristles sticking every which way. It was very surprising to me that I love this mascara. The wand is very comparable to Maybelline 'The Rocket' and Benefit 'They're Real'. When I tried Maybelline's 'The Rocket' I was constantly poking myself in the eye or mascara would go all over my eye lid. I didn't find that it did a whole lot for my eyelashes.
